Jordan Smith

Jordan Smith is an experienced professional in the solutions engineering and sales domains, currently serving as a Solutions Engineer and previously as an Account Executive at CrunchTime since September 2021. At CrunchTime, the focus is on enhancing operational excellence for top restaurant brands worldwide through software utilized in over 100,000 locations across 100+ countries. Prior to CrunchTime, Jordan held the position of Manufacturer’s Representative at Source Lighting, LLC, where effective management and development of key account relationships led to significant sales growth. With experience dating back to 2012 at PKL Agency, later acquired by Source Lighting, Jordan demonstrated a strong ability to meet sales targets and maintain extensive client relationships. Initial career experience includes roles at Tiffany & Co., providing operational support and managing teams within the retail environment. Jordan is an alumnus of Middle Tennessee State University.
