Michelle Killian

Michelle Killian is an experienced professional with a strong background in healthcare operations and consulting. Currently serving as Lead Solutions Consultant at Crunchtime since February 2014, Michelle guides clients through the implementation of Learning Management Systems, aligning training materials with company goals. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Director of Operations at Parallon from July 2011 to May 2013, focusing on credentialing for HCA facilities after migrating numerous centers. As Lead Transition Coordinator at HCA from November 2007 to July 2011, Michelle managed the conversion of over 100 facilities to a unified credentialing software, also training staff on the new system. Earlier experience includes serving as Business Manager for the Children's Clinic East from October 1998 to June 2005, overseeing billing, scheduling, and staff management for a pediatric practice. Michelle holds a dual MHA/MBA degree from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a BS in Education with a focus on Sports Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
