Connie Lee is a seasoned Global Strategy & Operations Executive with over 25 years of experience, currently serving as the Senior Director of Content Operations at Crunchyroll. Previously, Connie held the position of Executive Director of Streaming Operations Strategy at The Walt Disney Company, where strategic oversight led to the successful launch of Disney+ across over 140 countries. Connie’s career also includes significant roles at Netflix, where they scaled operations for global content delivery, and various editorial positions in the media sector. Connie is currently pursuing an M.S. in Publishing at New York University and holds a B.A. in American Literature & Culture from UCLA.
