Franziska Hell

Franziska Hell is a Senior Manager in CX Enablement at Crunchyroll since February 2022, responsible for scheduling and leading CX quarterly planning meetings and coordinating CX workstream owners. Prior to this role, Franziska held various positions at WAKANIM, including Senior Customer Experience Manager for LATAM & EMEA and Customer Experience Manager, and began the career as a Customer Experience Associate.
