Melody Lin

Melody Lin is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and corporate finance across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Planning & Finance at Crunchyroll since 2023, Melody has held significant roles in corporate strategy and financial planning at Unity, where responsibilities included partnerships and corporate FP&A from 2019 to 2023. Prior to Unity, Melody was the Head of FP&A at Industrious, and held finance and strategy management positions at L'Oréal, specializing in high-profile divisions including Lancôme and Professional Products. Melody's earlier career includes impactful roles as a Senior Analyst at Electronic Arts, where contributions were made in corporate strategy and risk assessment, and at Lazard and UBS Investment Bank where investment banking and advisory capabilities were developed. Melody holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
