Sid R.

Sid R. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. They began their career as a Computer Technician at Texas Tech University in 2011. They then worked as an Intern at X-FAB Semiconductor Foundries in 2012. In 2014, Sid was an Electrical Engineering Tutor at Texas Tech University and also served as a Systems/Software Intern at Carl Zeiss Meditec AG. In 2015, they worked as a Student Software Developer at BlackBerry.

After that, Sid joined Amazon in 2019 as a Solutions Architect. In 2016, they started working at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Linux Cloud Support Associate Engineer, providing support for three-tier web application deployment and design for highly available and scalable infrastructure. They then became a DevOps Cloud Support Associate Engineer, responsible for supporting Unix operating systems like RHEL, CentOS, and Amazon Linux.

In 2018, Sid transitioned to the role of DevOps Support Engineer - II at AWS, where they provided DevOps support and also worked as a Solutions Architect. Sid's work at AWS continued until 2022.

In 2022, Sid joined Microsoft as a Digital Cloud Solution Architect (Principal) and played a role in cloud solutions architecture. They remained with Microsoft until 2023. Currently, Sid works as a Principal Software Engineer at Crunchyroll.
