Colin Mansbridge is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the banking and sports industries. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Crusaders since November 2018, Mansbridge oversees the world's most successful non-international professional rugby team, which has won 14 Super Rugby titles. Prior to this role, Mansbridge held the position of Head of Agribusiness at BNZ, New Zealand's second-largest agricultural lender. Other notable roles include Senior Partner and Head of Alliances at Tower Insurance, and various leadership positions at ANZ, including General Manager of Retail and Director roles in Vietnam's Sacombank and Cambodia's ANZ Royal. Mansbridge's early career includes significant roles in risk management and banking at Pechiney and the Financial Services Authority, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Otago.
