Jonathan Gardner is an experienced performance analyst with a career spanning over a decade in the rugby sector. Currently serving as the Head Performance Analyst at Crusaders & Canterbury Rugby since November 2015, Jonathan previously held the position of Senior Performance Analyst at Newport Gwent Dragons from August 2012 to November 2015. Early in the career, Jonathan worked at the Welsh Rugby Union as a Regional Performance Analyst for Newport Gwent Dragons and completed a performance analysis internship. Academically, Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Performance Analysis from Cardiff Metropolitan University (2008-2009) and a Bachelor’s degree in Sports & Physical Education from the same institution (2005-2008).
