Paul Galland

Paul Galland is an experienced sports management professional currently serving as the Academy Manager at Crusaders since October 2021. In addition, Paul holds the role of Age Grade Selector for New Zealand Rugby, focusing on NZ U20 and NZSS teams since April 2018. Prior experience includes Player Development Manager at Otago Rugby Football Union and various athletic development positions at St Peters Lutheran College, including Rugby and Basketball Coordinator. Earlier roles also encompass educational support and coaching positions at Agincourt House School, Bodwell High School, and Padua College. Paul holds a Bachelor of Applied Management with a major in Sport from Capable NZ - Otago Polytechnic.
