Crux Design Studio is a design-led consultancy specialising in creating intelligent, high-performance workplaces. We partner with organisations cross automotive, technology, and public innovation sectors to design environments that support how people work, collaborate, and evolve.

Workplace design is at the core of everything we do, and every project is shaped by strategic insight and delivered with technical clarity.

Founded in 2020 by Heather Saunders, Crux began as a boutique studio with a passion for crafting emotive and well-functioning spaces. Over the years, we have grown into a full-service design consultancy that operates worldwide. Our ethos is simple: unparalleled quality, unique designs, and absolute customer
satisfaction. We’ve garnered numerous industry accolades, but what we prize most is the smile on our clients’ faces when they see their transformed spaces
and have felt joy in all stages of the design process.

We specialise in:

⚪Workplace design across innovation-led industries
⚪ Automotive R&D and engineering facilities
⚪ Gaming, app development, and digital product environments
⚪ Technology-driven laboratories
⚪ Training academies and innovation centres
