Tom Mankowski

Tom Mankowski is an accomplished executive with nearly three decades of experience in the refining and chemical manufacturing sectors, specializing in turnaround, EPC project, and maintenance management. They have led a global portfolio with annual investments exceeding $400M and supported over 120 refineries and chemical plants through direct consulting and strategic planning. Previously, Tom held key roles at notable companies, including Sunoco and Dyno Nobel, and they have been actively involved in enhancing safety, reliability, and cost performance across multiple organizations. Currently, Tom serves as the Sr Director of Turnaround Consulting at CruzAlta. They hold a degree in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
