David Burton

David Burton is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the tech industry. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at CryoFuture since June 2024, David also co-founded FanAngel™ in January 2015. Previously, as CTO of SnapCare from January 2018 to June 2024, David successfully architected and led the development of an on-demand booking and instant payment platform for the nursing industry. David's prior roles include Director of Web Development at IntercontinentalExchange (ICE) from 2001 to December 2014, VP of Technology at Melia Design Group from 1999 to 2001, and Director of Development at IMTS, Inc. from 1997 to 1999. David began an academic journey as an athlete and PhD student at The University of Texas at Austin from 1995 to 1996 after completing a degree at California State University, Chico from 1990 to 1995.
