Devika Rao

Devika Rao has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as the APAC Human Capital Manager and HR & Admin Manager for CRYOPDP since August 2009. Devika has effectively navigated employment laws to ensure compliance and has been involved in preparing essential documentation for new hires. Prior to this, Devika worked as a Sales Coordinator at AFL Pvt. Ltd and ETP International Pvt Ltd, focusing on customer relations and sales data management. Devika’s career began as an Office Assistant cum Secretary at Update Video Publication Pvt Ltd, followed by a role as a Customer Service Officer at TATA AIG-General Insurance Company, where customer satisfaction and brand promotion were key responsibilities. Devika holds an International MBA from Ulyanovsk State University and a BA in Sociology from the University of Mumbai.
