Joseph Agra

Joseph Agra has extensive experience in logistics and customer support management, currently serving as the Customer Complaints and Technical Support Manager at Cryoport since March 2017. Throughout a progressive career at Cryoport, Joseph has held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Manager of Global Logistics and Senior Logistics Manager for the Americas East. Prior to joining Cryoport, Joseph worked as a Shipping Coordinator at Passy-Muir from November 2009 to January 2017, developing a solid foundation in logistics operations.
