Michael Dybicz brings over 25 years of experience in product, process, and strategy execution across a variety of industries. He is a hands-on analytical and entrepreneurial executive focused on creating, building, and growing sustainable companies and teams. Mr. Dybicz brings a diverse background from developing groundbreaking advanced text analytics software as a service (precursor to Watson called WebFountain) at IBM Research to experience with multiple healthcare service companies with innovative models of care (SmartRoom, LivingWell, Medically Home). He has managed and runs multiple boutique management advisory firms focused on management consulting, serving as an interim executive, developing corporate strategies, and crafting go-to-market plans across healthcare, technology, and other industries. He lived in Eastern Europe for 3 years helping to run and restructure a Venture Capital Fund and establishing a comprehensive due diligence and financial analysis framework to relaunch the Fund. Having a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A/M.S.I.A. from the Tepper School/Graduate School of Industrial Administration at Carnegie Mellon University, Mr. Dybicz strives to innovate, challenge, and deploy service and product solutions that scale and create real value solving tangible problems.
