Robert Rock

Robert Rock has worked in the medical device industry since 1991. Robert began their career as an Endo-Mechanical Representative/Endo-Buster for Ethicon, Inc. in 1991. In 1992, they moved to Biomet as an Associate Distributor, distributing total joint systems, trauma I.M. nails, bone cabling systems, and other products. In 1996, they joined PrimeSource Healthcare as a Senior Territory Manager, focusing on thoracic product lines and bariatric surgery. In 2006, they began working for Baxter International Inc. as a Regional Sales Manager, managing a $14,000,000 region comprised of CV Specialists and Territory Business Managers. In 2014, they joined Pacira BioSciences, Inc. as a Regional Business Director for the Southeast, responsible for managing a sales team of ten Accounts Managers. In 2018, they became the Senior Vice-President of US Sales and Distribution for CRYO Science, a world leader in whole-body chambers and portable units for localized cryotherapy treatments.

Robert Rock holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology/Business Administration (Minor) from Virginia Commonwealth University, an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Ferrum College, and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate Program in Business Management from the University of Richmond. Additionally, they are a Certified Instructor in Challenger Sales from CEB, now Gartner, SPIN Selling from Huthwaite International, and Strategic Selling from Miller Heiman Group.
