Alison Chan

Alison Chan is a skilled data analytics professional with extensive experience in the financial services and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Lead Data Analyst at Crypto.com since May 2022, Alison has previously held the position of Manager - Digital and Innovation at DBS Bank, focusing on alternative data approaches and customer experience design. Prior roles include Senior Customer Experience Data Analyst at foodpanda, where Alison developed an NLP model for NPS Driver and Sentiment Analysis, as well as various analytical positions at Sa Sa International Holdings Limited.
