Alistair Tso is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate, commercial, and intellectual property law. Presently serving as SVP, Group Corporate, Commercial & IP Legal at Crypto.com since March 2022, Alistair has played a key role in supporting the company's position as a leading entity in regulatory compliance and security. Prior to this, Alistair held the position of Head of Legal at Serai, a HSBC-backed digital platform focused on simplifying global trade. Earlier career roles include Legal Director and Senior Legal Counsel at GOGOX, as well as Associate positions at Ashurst and Pinsent Masons, specializing in ECM and M&A. Alistair holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nottingham, a Master's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from The University of Hong Kong, and a PCLL from the same institution.
