Prior to this, Arnold held various roles at SOCIETY Agency, including Associate Account Director, Senior Account Manager, and Account Manager. Arnold also has experience as a Senior Account Executive and Account Executive at Ogilvy & Mather. Arnold graduated with a Bachelor of Social Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and also participated in exchange programs at Erasmus University Rotterdam and Yonsei University, where Arnold focused on media, communications, and film studies.
