Caleb Tan

Caleb Tan is an experienced product designer currently working at Crypto.com since June 2022, where significant achievements include designing a mobile NFT experience for an extensive user base and enhancing the onboarding process to improve KYC completion. Prior to Crypto.com, Caleb served as a UX Design Researcher at Mach49, focusing on research for products supported by major corporations and leading initiatives for wireframing in the Electric Vehicle sector. Previous roles include a graduate student UX designer at Microsoft, where a capstone project improved customer self-service, and an intern at Interco Industries, where user research facilitated workflow simplification. Caleb holds a Master’s in Human Centered Design and Engineering from the University of Washington and a BA in Psychology from the University of San Francisco, along with a diploma in Digital Visual Effects from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
