Diana Pires

Diana Pires is the SVP of Institutional Sales at Crypto.com. Diana has over five years of experience in customer service and administrative work. Prior to joining Crypto.com, Diana was a Hotel Receptionist at Travelodge Hotels Limited and an Executive Assistant at JODIE SERVICES LTD. In these positions, Diana was responsible for managing customer relationships, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Diana also has experience in sales, having worked as a Selling Partner at John Lewis and a Sales Associate at T K Maxx. In these roles, Diana was responsible for achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining store displays. Diana’s experience in customer service, sales, and administration makes their well-suited for their current role at Crypto.com.

Diana Pires has a Master of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd. Diana also has a Foundation degree in Engineering from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd and A Levels & GCSEs from St Bartholomew’s Secondary School. Diana Pires is also certified from Shaw Academy in Professional Diploma in Social Media Marketing.
