Justin Wales

Justin Wales is an experienced legal professional specializing in the cryptocurrency and blockchain sectors. Currently serving as the SVP, Head of Legal For The Americas at Crypto.com since January 2022, Justin manages complex legal and regulatory issues. Prior to this role, Justin was a Partner at K&L Gates, handling a wide range of crypto-related matters from 2021 to 2022. From 2012 to 2021, Justin served as Chair of the Blockchain & Virtual Currency Practice Group at Carlton Fields, where Justin established the practice at a time when it was emerging in the legal landscape. Justin holds a J.D., Summa Cum Laude from the University of Miami School of Law and a B.A., Magna Cum Laude in History from UC San Diego.
