Leven Li

Leven Li is an experienced compliance professional with a diverse background in fintech and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as Vice President of Compliance for the Middle East, Africa, and the rest of the world at Crypto.com since May 2025, Leven also co-founded Green Swan Compliance and founded Enablercompliance in 2024 and 2023, respectively, focusing on tailored compliance solutions. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Compliance Officer at ANNA Money, where Leven integrated advanced technologies to enhance compliance frameworks, and previously at Stealth Fintech and Crypto.com, contributing to regulatory processes and financial crime compliance. Additionally, Leven has held key compliance positions at Railsbank and has extensive experience in KYC and AML through various roles at passcon Anti-Financial-Crime, Amazon, and Titan Black. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in International Fashion Management from Nottingham Trent University, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Nanjing University of Finance and Economics, and an International Diploma in AML from Alliance Manchester Business School.
