Ripple Tang is currently the Director of M&A Lead at Crypto.com, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as Associate Director of Corporate Development at Eurofins, where they led M&A activities in the Greater China region from 2019 to 2023. Ripple also held roles at QIMA as M&A Manager, overseeing global M&A initiatives, and at Bauhinia Capital Partners as an Associate, focusing on corporate finance advisory. They started their career as an Analyst at J.P. Morgan and later worked at BOC International. Ripple is pursuing a Bachelor of Economics in Finance at Peking University and is an Exchange Student in International Business Administration at RSM Erasmus University.
