Ryan L.

Ryan L. has extensive experience in engineering and technology leadership, currently serving as the VP of Engineering, Finance and Compliance at Crypto.com since October 2019, following roles as Director of Engineering, Tech Lead, and Senior Software Engineer within the same organization. Prior to Crypto.com, Ryan held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Backhome Limited from August 2018 to January 2020, and co-founded Fifteen Prospects, where contributions spanned from May 2015 to December 2019. Additional experience includes serving as a Hacker in Residence at Hack Reactor, a Front End Developer Intern at Kreate Solutions Inc., and an Event Producer at DRK Productions. Ryan's educational background features training at Hack Reactor, along with studies at Champlain College and the Hong Kong International School from 1993 to 2008.
