Sam Ng

Sam Ng is an accomplished security professional with extensive experience in application security and DevSecOps. Currently serving as SVP at Crypto.com since June 2018, Sam has progressed through various leadership roles, including VP and Head of Application Security and DevSecOps. Prior to Crypto.com, Sam worked at Micro Focus as an Application Security Researcher, developing vulnerability detection rules, and held positions at Fortify Software, where responsibilities included research on runtime security mechanisms and consulting on Secure SDLC practices. Sam also served as a Security Consultant at Doctor A Security Systems (HK) Ltd, where key contributions involved creating several security systems. Sam's educational background includes a B.Eng in Engineering from The University of Hong Kong and an MSc in Information Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
