Tom Lau

Tom Lau has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Crypto.com since December 2017, where contributions include establishing the talent acquisition and HR functions for one of the largest blockchain companies globally. Prior to this, Tom held several roles, including Talent Acquisition Manager at Crypto.com, Recruitment Lead for the APAC region at FDM Group, Co-Founder and Evangelist at FreshLinker, Recruitment Specialist at Spencer-Ogden, and a part-time Business Development Manager at CarryAD. Tom Lau holds a Bachelor’s Degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, completed in 2013.
