Allison Hill has held various roles in different industries, ranging from environmental science to executive search in fintech. With a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Bates College, Allison has gained experience in research, environmental policy, and case management. Currently, working at Hamlyn Williams as the Vice President for Executive Search, Allison also serves as the San Diego Co-Chair at Crypto Connect. In the past, Allison has worked as a Manager at Exchange Hotel and as a Case Manager at People Assisting The Homeless (PATH).
