CLO at Crypto ESB

Daniel Salas is the current CLO at Crypto ESB. Prior to this, they worked as an Corporate Lawyer for Servicio Pan Americano de Protección from July 2015 to August 2017. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating the judicial and extrajudicial plans of law firms nationally and internationally, keeping the corporate documentation of 14 Venezuelan and foreign companies up to date, representing the companies before various regulatory bodies, providing legal advice to the different departments of the organization, and participating in working groups to propose the promulgation or modification of various normative instruments that regulate the activity of the business group (Correo and Transporte Aéreo).

Before their time at Servicio Pan Americano de Protección, Daniel Salas worked as a Postgraduate Professor at Universidad 'Santa María'. Prior to this, they worked as the Director General of Organizacion en Consultoria y Desarrollo Empresarial.

Before their time in these roles, Daniel Salas worked as a Legal Consultant for Mercados de Alimentos, C.A. from February 2009 to October 2014. In this role, they provided support and advice on various legal issues to the company.

Daniel Salas began their career as an intern at V2C Abogados from June 2008 to December 2008.

Daniel Salas has a Master's in Tax Law from Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela, a Master's in International Law from ISDE in Spain, and a degree in Law from Universidad de los Andes in Venezuela.
