Jonas Soholm

Director, Customer Engineering & Success at Cryptomathic

Jonas Soholm has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jonas began their career in 1994 as an IT supporter at Kalø Økologisk Landbrugsskole, where they worked until 2000. From 1996 to 1999, they also served as an assistant teacher on IT courses at Dansk Landbrugsrådgivning, focusing on the installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs for farmers and spouses.

In 1999, Jonas joined TDC Solutions as a Technical Supporter, gaining in-depth experience with xDSL technologies and high-speed cable modulation technologies. Jonas attended multiple courses on customer support and sales strategies during their time there until 2005.

In 2005, Jonas joined Cryptomathic as a Technical Consultant, providing customer support and detailed technical assistance for a variety of cryptography products. Their responsibilities included installation, configuration, and support, as well as software testing of server back-end software and Windows GUI applications. Jonas held this role until 2016 when they were promoted to Technical Support Team Lead.

In 2018, they became the Head of Support & IT Services, overseeing the support operations at Cryptomathic. In 2019, Jonas transitioned to the role of Director Technical Support, responsible for leading the technical support department.

Currently, Jonas Soholm holds the position of Customer Success Director at Cryptomathic, beginning in February 2023.

Jonas Soholm attended Vejlby Tekniske Gymnasium from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained an HTX degree with a focus on multimedia and chemistry. Following that, they enrolled at the Engineering College of Aarhus from 2001 to 2005, completing their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree. During their time at the college, they studied various subjects including object-oriented C#, Java, and C++, as well as ASM, digital signal processing, network infrastructure, and cryptography.
