José Guerra

José Guerra has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 2007. José began their career as a Coordinador IT/Lider Técnico at Antares Agencia Interactiva, where they were responsible for consulting in the area of web project development for clients, gathering information, generating new business proposals and initiatives, managing projects and resources, and proposing new projects and improvements to business processes and methodologies to leverage the company's production and improve the quality of service. From 2009 to 2011, they were the Gerente de Proyectos/Desarrollador Senior at SPH Consultores, CA., where they managed the project portfolio, planned, coordinated, and executed projects, coordinated and supervised development resources, and participated in the selection of HR personnel. From 2013 to 2017, they were the Consultor TI/Desarrollador Senior at Farmatodo, and from 2017 to 2019, they were the Arquitecto de Software at Adexus. In 2019, they became the Full Stack Developer at Falabella Financiero, where they managed technical requirements and guidelines with their colleagues in the development cell, participated with technical leaders to define architecture guidelines, status in developments, risks, initiatives, and collaborations, and managed requirements with business analysts. In 2020, they became the Chief Technology Officer at Ionix Mobile Payments, and in 2022, they became the Chief Technology Officer at CryptoMarket.

José Guerra holds a TSU Computación from the Instituto Universitario de Nuevas Profesiones. José has also obtained additional certifications, including MongoDB for Java Developers from MongoDB, Inc. in July 2015, Sun Certified Programmer for Java 1.4 from Sun Microsystems in September 2005, and IBM Advanced Career Education e-business Application Development from IBM in December 2003.
