Efrat Peer

Efrat Peer has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2009, Efrat worked as a Human Resources Officer for the Israel Defense Forces until 2012. From 2012 to 2015, Efrat served as an Office Manager at Clinic S.R.N. Following that, they joined JLL in 2015 and held the role of Office Services Coordinator until 2017, when they transitioned into the position of Facilities Manager until 2018. In 2019, Efrat joined StreamElements as a Facilities & Operations Manager, and later took on roles as a Financial Operations Manager and Sales Operations Manager. Most recently, starting in April 2022, Efrat has been working as the Head of Business Operations at Cryptosat.

Efrat Peer has a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Efrat also completed a Graduate program in Data Base Administration at HackerU - האקריו המרכז ללימודי מחשבים והשמת עובדים בהייטק from 2016. Currently, Efrat is pursuing an MBA in Business Management with a specialization in Funding at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which they started in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2022.
