Crystal Palace Catering has been fortunate enough to celebrate a rich history of 40 years. When Peter Ling’s family first arrived in Australia, their love of food and enriching the tastebuds of their community formed the basis of their dream. From a humble beginning of a small local restaurant, Tony and Peter Ling were able to grow their dreams into something bigger, more innovative, and capable of fulfilling our client’s dreams and exceeding all expectations.
