Prateek has extensive work experience in various business development roles. Prateek began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at IMS People in 2014, where they worked on UK/EU Operations until May 2017. Prateek then joined DB Healthcare, Inc. as a Senior Consultant for US Operations from July 2017 to November 2017. Prateek further advanced their career by joining Fibre2Fashion Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Sales Executive from December 2017 to September 2019, where they focused on business development, sales growth, and acquiring new clients globally.

Afterwards, Prateek joined Ace India Consultancy in September 2019 as a Global Business Development Manager. In this role, they managed new client acquisition, sales and development, and strategic sourcing and research-based processes. Prateek also led a team of BD and Marketing Executives and covered various industries such as textiles, fashion & apparel, retail, automobiles, and trade fairs & event management.

Prateek's next move was to Pacific Group of Companies, where they worked as a Business Development Consultant for US Operations from April 2021 to November 2021. Finally, they joined Scotts Industries Limited as a Business Development Manager, starting in December 2021 and continuing until February 2023.

Currently, Prateek is working at CrystalVoxx LLC as a Business Development Manager, starting in March 2023.

Prateek has a Bachelor's Degree from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra. Prateek also holds two Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees - one from Mahatma Gandhi University and another from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management. In addition to their formal education, Prateek has obtained two certifications: "Essential skills for Managers" from Ahmedabad Management Association, India, and "Program on Peter Drucker on Management" also from Ahmedabad Management Association, India.
