Hotel Manager

Mark Sinclair has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Hotel Manager at Crystalbrook Collection since June 2019, where previous roles included Operations Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, and management positions during pre-opening phases. Sinclair contributed as a Committee Member for the Hunter Culinary Association from December 2023 to January 2025. Earlier positions include Duty Manager at 2KW Bar & Restaurant and Restaurant Manager at West Hotel Sydney, where responsibilities included leading the restaurant operations during the pre-opening phase.
