David Fifield

David Fifield is an accomplished professional in the video game industry with extensive experience in game design and management. Currently serving as General Manager for the Hunt franchise at Crytek since July 2022, Fifield previously held the position of Game Director at Crystal Dynamics from March 2018 to June 2022. His tenure at Microsoft from September 2015 to March 2018 included roles as Executive Producer and Design Director. At Activision, Fifield was Game Director for Raven Software, overseeing the development of Call of Duty: Online with a team of over 175 across multiple studios from 2013 to 2015. Earlier in the career, Fifield contributed as a Senior Creative Manager at THQ, Lead Designer at Day 1 Studios, and Director of Design at Cyberlore Studios, demonstrating a strong leadership role across numerous successful game titles. Additionally, Fifield served in the US Army as an M1 Abrams Armor Crewman, earning honors and recognition as a decorated combat veteran.
