Tom Nietfeld

Tom Nietfeld is a seasoned game designer with extensive experience in level design, currently serving as a Senior Level Designer at Crytek since January 2019. Previously, Tom held the position of Lead Level Designer at Define Human Studios while contributing to the game "Islands of Nyne: Battle Royale" from October 2016 to December 2018. Prior experience includes a trainee role focused on developing VR simulations for astronaut training at the European Astronaut Centre in 2015, and a level design internship at Kidcore Network AG in 2014. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Digital Media - Animation and Games from Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2017.
