Oded Sten

Oded Sten is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector and corporate leadership. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at CS Energy since January 2016, Oded has also held the interim role of Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operations during critical periods of growth and supply chain challenges. Prior roles include membership on the Board of Directors at Portadam, Inc., and a Senior Growth Advisor position at OPAL Fuels Inc. Oded previously worked at The Conti Group in various executive roles, leading significant revenue growth and operational transformations. As Chief Executive Officer of Conti Federal Services, Oded successfully rejuvenated the business and established trust with clients. Additionally, Oded co-founded Ox-Danthia Pharmaceuticals, demonstrating versatility across different sectors. Oded holds an MBA in Private Equity & Strategy from Yale School of Management and an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University.
