Sergey Osman

Sergey Osman is an experienced Oracle and Delphi Developer with a robust background in developing and refining banking system modules since May 2013 at CS Ltd. Expertise includes Delphi 7, Oracle 11-12, and reporting systems such as FastReport, along with proficiency in refactoring, code review, and bug fixing. Prior experience includes leadership as Chief at "MILENA" Search and Rescue Detachment from July 2020 to June 2023, as well as roles at EnTechEco and Trade Group "Target," where Sergey focused on financial system modules and ERP support using PL/SQL and Delphi.
