Shaun Phy

Shaun Phy is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and financial management across various industries. Currently serving as President/Integrator at C&S Machine since June 2020, Shaun focuses on growth, profitability, and sustainability strategies in collaboration with the CEO. Previously, Shaun held the role of Chief Operating Officer at American Technology Components and President at KIB Electronics, where responsibilities included overseeing strategic direction and operational initiatives. Shaun's background also includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at The Troyer Group, managing financial reporting and project coordination, and as Audit Manager at Kruggel Lawton CPAs, delivering assurance services to diverse clients. Shaun holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pensacola Christian College.
