Christopher Lipnickas

Christopher Lipnickas has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. In 2010, they were an Office Assistant at Expert Network Software Engineering, where they were responsible for supervising the corporate office and computer facility remodeling project, as well as clerical and maintenance duties. In 2011, they were a Department Head at The Alley Indoor Entertainment. In 2012, they were an Assistant Bowling Coach at Kapaun Mt. Carmel High School. From 2015 to present, they have worked at CS2, LLC, where they have served as Chief of Staff, Contract Administrator, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Generalist. Additionally, from 2015 to present, they have worked at JORDANCON INC, where they have served as Deputy Operations Officer and Deputy Human Resources Officer.

Christopher Lipnickas obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Maryland Global Campus between 2016 and 2020. Christopher also attended Wichita State University and studied Sports Management and Marketing. In addition, Christopher has obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Lean Sigma Corporation in 2021 and a SHRM-CP from SHRM in 2018.
