Kelly Proia has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Kelly began their career at The Cheesecake Factory as a Front Desk and Hostess. In 2013, they moved to Benavent Dental as a Front Office Manager. In 2019, they joined Columbia Oral and Facial Surgery Center, LLC as an Office Manager, Insurance Specialist, and Patient Care Coordinator. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Recruiter for CS2, LLC, where they execute recruiting plans and processes, screens applicants, and maintains working relationships with key personnel. Kelly also utilizes Applicant Tracking Systems, follows up with the Staffing Team, and collaborates with HR to foster long-term relationships with candidates and employees.
Kelly Proia attended the Community College of Baltimore County from 2017 to 2019, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA). Kelly is currently attending the University of Maryland Global Campus, studying Human Resources Management.
