Matt Emmel

Matt Emmel has over 25 years of professional experience, starting with a role as Deputy Associate General Counsel at the National Security Agency in 1992. In 2004, they joined General Dynamics AIS as a Senior Manager of Business Development and Program Manager. In 2010, they moved to CACI International Inc as Vice President of Business Development and Client Executive and Business Development Executive. In 2016, they became the Chief Growth Officer at CyberCore Technologies, where they were responsible for shaping and leading the vision, and overall strategic and operational direction of all Business Units. In 2017, they joined South Island Associates as a Principal and CS2, LLC as Chief Growth Officer, leading Business Development and Capture for the company and supporting Primes on current bids.

Matt Emmel attended Cherry Hill HS West from 1974 to 1978, graduating with a high school diploma. Matt then attended Rutgers University from 1978 to 1982, earning a B.A. in Mathematics. Finally, they attended the University of Maryland Baltimore from 1987 to 1991, obtaining a J.D. degree.
