Rhonda Rush is the HCM Consulting Manager at CS3 Technology. Rhonda has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources. Rhonda has worked as a Human Resources Administrator, Specialist, and Contractor. Rhonda is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, new hire processing, HRIS, payroll, benefits administration, and labor relations. Rhonda has a strong background in HRIS and payroll systems. Rhonda has implemented and trained management and staff on new HRIS and payroll systems. Rhonda has also conducted open enrollment meetings and managed the implementation of web-based benefit systems.

Rhonda Rush completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Evangel University. Rhonda also has a certification from the SOCIETY OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT-OLYMPIA CHAPTER in SHRM-CP and another from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in PHR.
