Agnes Wang, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Strategy & Operations at CSA Group, where significant contributions include leading a successful business case that resulted in a $20 million expansion in Asia and developing an expansion strategy for the Special Inspections Business Unit. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where Agnes played a key role in executing a digital transformation strategy for a major Canadian bank and received the Deloitte Gold Dot Award for exceptional performance. Previous positions also include Analyst in Performance & Analytics at Alberta Investment Management Corporation and Assistant Branch Manager as well as Financial Services Manager at BMO Financial Group, where Agnes consistently exceeded performance metrics. Agnes holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Alberta.
