Ceiledh Monk is a Sales and Pricing Analyst at CSA Group since February 2023, where responsibilities include recommending pricing strategies, maintaining research databases for price analysis, and proposing go-to-market plans. Previously served as an Inside Sales Representative, excelling in customer service and sales facilitation. Experience as a Brand Ambassador with Mosaic North America and as Vice President of Competitions for the Canadian Association of Business Students involves driving continuous improvement initiatives and community engagement. Additional roles include Telecounselor at Carleton University, Vice President Academics with Sprott Business Students' Society, Marketing Coordinator for Monk Renovations, Teaching Assistant for German courses, Research Assistant for the Sprott History Book Project, COVID-19 Screener with Nova Scotia Health Authority, and Station Agent at VIA Rail Canada. Ceiledh Monk holds a Bachelor of International Business Honours from Carleton University and is pursuing education at the University of Augsburg.
