David Yang

David Yang is an experienced professional in operations and electrical engineering with a diverse career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Director of Operations and Operations Manager at CSA Group since September 2019, David also holds the position of IECEx Assessor at IECEx since June 2019. Prior to these roles, David worked at Trainor from April 2015 to August 2019 as a Certification Manager, managing IECEx Personnel Certificates, and as a Technical Instructor for IEC 61892. David's previous experience includes serving as Electrical Engineering Manager at Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd from November 2012 to March 2015 and at Samsung Heavy Industries from January 2003 to October 2012, focusing on project planning and principal design. David earned a BS degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Kyungpook National University between 1997 and 2003.
