Hetal Damania

Hetal Damania is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and system administration. Currently serving as an IT Technical Specialist Level III at CSA Group since July 2019, Hetal has also held roles as a Field Support Specialist at York Region and an IT System Administrator at Lowe’s Companies Canada. Prior experience includes working at CSC as a Wintel System Administrator, where exposure to fast-paced technology environments was gained while servicing Estee Lauder, and at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as a Technical Support Specialist, where support was provided for evolving technologies over an eleven-year period. Hetal holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from the Bombay Institute of Technology, obtained in 1993.
