Jeff Baker

Jeff Baker currently serves as the Director of CSA Academy at CSA Group, a position held since September 2003, where responsibilities include the conceptualization, design, and implementation of a global corporate academy focused on talent development and education. This role features the creation of advanced digitally-enabled learning centers and technical training laboratories, enhancing accessibility and supporting employee career advancement through collaborative and applied learning experiences.
