Jeff Menard

Jeff Menard is an experienced professional in the building and construction industry, currently serving as Program Manager for Natural Resource Standards at CSA Group since July 2019, while also holding the position of Project Manager for Construction & Infrastructure Standards. As the Owner, Lead Consultant, and Designer at RIDGE Niagara, Menard established a consultancy to provide Ontario Building Code services, including plans examination and design preparation. Prior roles include Chief Building Official at the Township of West Lincoln, Senior Building Inspector at the Town of Pelham, and Chief Building Official for both the City of Niagara Falls and the City of Thorold, where responsibilities included enforcement of the Building Code and management of municipal projects. Menard's career began as an Architectural Technologist at Venerino V.P. Panici Architects Inc. Education includes a Bachelor of Technology from Toronto Metropolitan University and a certificate in Municipal Administration from Niagara College, along with a leadership program from Brock University.
